These Terms govern your use of the Levi App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Age & Accounts

You must be at least 17 years old. To access certain features, create an account and provide your name, username, and email. Keep your credentials secure and ensure your information is accurate.

License & Restrictions

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes.

User Content; Photos & Faces

You retain ownership of your photos and content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide and improve features you request.

Location Data

When you grant permission, the App may access precise or approximate location for features that require it. You can change permissions in device settings.

Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. It explains data collection, use, sharing, retention, and your rights. We respond to requests within 5 business days.

Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levi Team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.

App Store Terms (Apple iOS): These Terms are between you and Levi Team, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App; Apple has no duty to provide support. If the App fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund (if any). Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms.

Governing Law; Arbitration; Class Waiver

To the extent permitted by local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Levi Team primarily conducts business. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
